Oliver Nowell is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and operations. Currently serving as National Contract Manager at NCS - National Citizen Service Trust since January 2017, Oliver has also held various roles within the organization, including Commissioning Manager, Localities Team Manager, and Project Manager for Innovation, Research & Service Design. Prior to NCS, Oliver worked at Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc from June 2015 to January 2017 as Retail Operations Manager and General Store Manager. Oliver's earlier experience includes an extensive tenure at Marks and Spencer from April 2007 to June 2015, where roles included Store Manager, Commercial Manager, Finance & Operations Manager, Commercial & Hospitality Manager, and Graduate Trainee. Oliver holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from The Open University, obtained between 2004 and 2010. Formal education also includes attendance at Clitheroe Royal Grammar School from 1991 to 1998.
