Bruce Firth has over 30 years of experience in the technology and business development industry. Bruce began their career in 1987 as a Procurement Analyst at Wakefern Food Corporation. In 1991, they joined Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. as a Sr. Manager, where they led and managed software development teams responsible for Planning and Budgeting, Replenishment, Forecasting, Predictive Technologies, and Supply Chain systems used by Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. Bruce also had a multiple year expat assignment working with ASDA Stores in the United Kingdom. In 2007, Bruce joined WeatherTrends International as the SVP Technology Integration and Business Development, where they oversaw weather technology integration for large retailers and their suppliers. Bruce is a global expert in helping weather intelligent clients utilize year-ahead weather intelligence in their planning, pricing, and replenishment processes.
Bruce Firth began their education in 1982 at James Madison University, where they earned a BBA in International Business and German in 1986. Bruce then attended Seton Hall University, earning an MBA in Marketing in 1990. In 2004, they attended the Walton Institute of Retailing to study Merchandising.
