Daryl Tyras

Daryl Tyras is an experienced software development manager with a strong background in technical project management and software engineering. Currently at Weatherford since March 2011, Daryl has successfully transitioned major software projects to offshore teams and managed various projects within Geoscience R&D. Previous roles include leading an Agile Scrum team to deliver a globally released application for drilling optimization and developing software at Baker Hughes INTEQ and BMC Software. Daryl has expertise in designing and developing software using various technologies, demonstrated through contributions to significant projects throughout an extensive career that began with a BS in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Houston.
