Diane Morgenroth

Diane Morgenroth, SPHR, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in HR management and consulting. Diane most recently worked as the Sr. HR Lead at Weatherford, beginning in January 2023. Prior to that, they served as the HR Manager - Critical Infrastructures-Americas at BMT from April 2019 to January 2023. From March 2015 to April 2019, Diane was the Regional Human Resources Manager at Intertek. Diane also worked as an HR Consultant at KWI (KW International, LLC) from August 2013 to February 2015. In addition, Diane has held various HR management roles at Bechtel Corporation, Goodman Manufacturing, Rockwell Collins (Air Routing International), and Exterran. Their experience includes HR supervision, business partnership, and team management.

Diane Morgenroth holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from the University of Houston. Diane also has an Associates degree in Business Management from Houston Community College. In addition to their education, Diane has obtained several certifications, including the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI in April 2021, the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in February 2015, and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in February 1999.
