Kathy Bradley

Kathy Bradley has extensive work experience in various leadership positions in the oil and gas industry. Kathy started their career at GE in 1993 as a Lead Systems Engineer and later became the Engineering Quality Leader. In 2004, they joined GE Healthcare as a Client Solutions Manager, where they were responsible for growing the commercial sales portfolio and leading health system engagements. Kathy then moved to GE Oil & Gas in 2010, where they held multiple executive roles, including Executive Quality Leader and Executive Global Engineering & Technology Leader. During their time at GE, they established Centers of Excellence and led the restructuring and transformation of the global subsea drilling organization. In 2019, Kathy joined Baker Hughes as the Vice-President of Quality, driving key oilfield equipment transformation deliverables. Kathy then moved to iFIT in 2023 as the Vice President and subsequently joined Weatherford as the Vice President of Repair & Maintenance. Throughout their career, Kathy has demonstrated a strong focus on driving performance, improving quality, and attracting and developing talent.

Kathy Bradley has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering from Gannon University. Kathy also holds a certification as a GE Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from GE.
