Chris Norfolk is currently a Principal Lecturer in the College of Engineering, Computing, & Applied Sciences at Clemson University and serves as the Director of Energy Compliance Services at Weaver. With a strong background in chemical engineering, Chris previously taught a variety of undergraduate courses at Clemson University and was honored with prestigious teaching awards, including the CECAS Byars Prize and the Provost's Award for Outstanding Teaching with Technology. Prior to this role, Chris gained experience as a Program Manager at SCRA Applied R&D and worked as a Post-doc at the US Army Research Lab, where they contributed to several innovative projects in materials science. Chris holds both a Master's and a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor's degree from Clemson University.
