Amber Winter

Amber Winter is currently the EVP at Web Courseworks. Amber has previous experience as a district manager trainee and intern at ALDI Stores and a campus ambassador at UW-Madison. As a district manager trainee, Amber ran an Aldi store in the South Milwaukee area and increased recruitment numbers in the Fall and Spring semesters from the previous year. As a district manager intern, Amber was responsible for learning the role of a district manager at ALDI and improving professionally throughout the internship program. Amber has proven herself as a leader and communicator, with the ability to increase sales and maintain controllable expenses. With their previous experience and drive for success, Amber is an asset to Web Courseworks.

Amber completed the Credential of Readiness (CORe) program from Harvard Business School Online in the field of Business/Managerial Economics. Amber then went on to earn their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the Wisconsin School of Business in Marketing/Marketing Management with a Supply Chain Management Specialization. Amber has also received a certification in Social Media Marketing from Imparture.

Amber Winter reports to Jon Aleckson, CEO. Amber Winter works with Mike Madsen - Director of Quality Assurance, Mary Meyst - VP of Implementation, and Andy Hicken - VP of Technology Solutions.
