Kaylee Minkoff

Kaylee Minkoff is the Director of Client Services at Web Courseworks. Kaylee has previous experience working as a Quality Assurance Intern at Blue Earth Interactive, an IT Business Services Intern at HAVI Global Solutions, and a Soccer Camp Coach at Michigan State University. Kaylee has also worked as a Server/Delivery Driver at Milio's Sandwiches. Kaylee is skilled in discovering and reporting bugs, functionality errors and other issues within software applications and websites. Kaylee is detail-oriented and takes a thorough approach to all assignments while adhering to timelines. Kaylee is also experienced in process mapping of current state technologies and looks for opportunities to eliminate bottlenecks within IT projects by recommending technology.

Kaylee Minkoff has a Bachelor of Science in Operations and Information Management from Northern Illinois University. Kaylee also has certification from Coursera in Project Management Capstone, Budgeting and Scheduling Projects, and Managing Project Risks and Changes. In addition, they are certified as a Freshdesk product expert from Freshworks.
