Esther Vis-Osendarp

Esther Vis-Osendarp has extensive work experience in legal and compliance roles within the financial industry. Esther served as the Head of People and Control at WEBB Traders from June 2022 to present, where they also held positions as Head of Legal and Compliance from October 2016 to present, and as Head of Legal, Compliance, and HR from July 2019 to July 2022. Prior to WEBB Traders, Esther was the owner of CLCS B.V., a legal and compliance consultancy service from May 2006 to August 2016. Esther also worked as a Legal Specialist at Autoriteit Financiële Markten from 1999 to 2006 and as an Associate Operations at Postbank Securities from 1996 to 1999.

Esther Vis-Osendarp attended the University of Amsterdam from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Master's degree in Law. Prior to that, from 1992 to 1995, they studied at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Boekhandel en Uitgeverij (Book Trade and Publishing). Additionally, they pursued further education at Radboud University, enrolling in the Grotius Academy program in Administrative Law starting in 2004.
