Alessia Anaclerio

Alessia Anaclerio began their career in 2020 as a Practicante at FA Global Consulting. In 2021, they joined WebCreek as a Talent Sourcer I, where they search for and identifies suitable candidates that are both passive and active. Alessia generates interest in the organization's vacancies and builds and maintains the company's talent pool. Additionally, they coordinate all sourcing activities and works closely with interviewers, hiring managers, other members of the Talent Solutions department, and HR. Alessia also serves as a Talent Executive Assistant.

Alessia Anaclerio is currently enrolled in Universidad de Lima, where they are studying Psychology for their degree in Psicología. Prior to this, they attended Colegio Santa Margarita from 2005 to 2016.
