Cecilia Flores

Cecilia Flores is the founder and COO of Webee Corporation, a SaaS IoT and AI company in the manufacturing industry. Cecilia co-founded the company, developed the strategic vision, and built the team. Cecilia also worked as an advisory board member for We Evolution, a non-profit organization empowering women. Cecilia was a VV Grow 2019 Fellow with Vital Voices Global Partnership, a global accelerator program for women entrepreneurs. Cecilia held marketing and communications roles at Conduent and Xerox, leading digital marketing and lead generation strategies. Cecilia also worked as a corporate communications manager at MWM International and as a CSR and communications manager at Sykes. Additionally, they were a 2021-2022 Fellowship Cohort member at the Tory Burch Foundation and a winner of M12's Female Founders Competition at Microsoft's Venture Fund in 2020.

Cecilia Flores has a diverse education history. In 2018, they attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology - Sloan School of Management, where they obtained a degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies through the EDP program.

In 2016, Cecilia attended Stanford Continuing Studies, focusing on Neuromarketing and how brain science is changing marketing. Cecilia did not obtain a degree from this program.

From 2003 to 2005, Cecilia attended Universidad Blas Pascal and completed a Bachelor's Degree in Institutional Communications, with a focus on Social Sciences.

Prior to that, from 1998 to 2001, they attended IES Colegio Universitario Siglo 21 and obtained a Degree in Advertising, specializing in Publicidad, Marketing.

In 2012, Cecilia pursued a Postgraduate in Digital Marketing at Universidad Blas Pascal, expanding their knowledge in marketing.

In 2009, they attended Universidad de Belgrano and completed a Postgraduate in Business Management, focusing on Management - Conducción Empresarial.

Additionally, in 2006, Cecilia attended Universidad de Belgrano and obtained a Postgraduate in Strategy Communications Management, with a concentration in Comunicación, Marketing.

In terms of certifications, Cecilia Flores obtained the Act-On Automation Certified certificate from Act-On Software, Inc. in October 2016.
