Alecia Engelmeyer

Alecia Engelmeyer has a diverse work experience in the field of public affairs and communications. Alecia is currently serving as the Vice President of Public Affairs at Weber Shandwick, a role they started in October 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Account Director, Public Affairs, and Senior Manager at the same company from June 2021 to September 2022 and from April 2019 to June 2021, respectively.

Before joining Weber Shandwick, Alecia worked as a Manager at the company from June 2016 to March 2019. Their earlier roles at the company include Senior Account Executive and Account Executive, where they supported account leaders in project management, developed communication recommendations, and managed media relations campaigns for various clients.

Apart from their experience at Weber Shandwick, Alecia also served as a Communications Intern at Land O'Lakes in 2009 and at Minnesota Public Radio from September to December 2009. Alecia also worked as a Corporate Communications Intern at HealthPartners from September 2008 to September 2009.

Alecia Engelmeyer has pursued their education at the University of Minnesota, where they obtained their BA degree in Strategic Communications - Public Relations. Additionally, they have also attended Université Paul Valéry - Montpellier III, where they focused on French language and culture.
