Donald Kam has a diverse work experience in the field of digital marketing and public relations. Donald began their career at Hong Kong Tourism Board as an intern in 2012 and later joined International SOS for a brief period as an intern in 2013. In 2015, they worked as a Graduate Trainee at Burson-Marsteller and gained valuable exposure to the industry.
Donald then transitioned to Ketchum in 2016, where they served as an Account Executive and later as a Senior Account Executive. During their time at Ketchum, they honed their skills in client management and campaign execution.
In 2017, Donald moved to Weber Shandwick, where they held various roles and demonstrated their expertise in digital strategy and project management. Starting as an Associate, they progressed to become a Senior Associate and then a Manager in the Digital department. Their responsibilities included integrated marketing, social media strategy, website management, project management, email marketing, and data analytics. Donald worked with clients from global pharmaceuticals, healthcare advocacy groups, and financial institutions.
Currently, Donald serves as a Senior Manager in the Digital team at Weber Shandwick, responsible for delivering comprehensive digital marketing solutions to clients.
Donald Kam completed their undergraduate education at HKUST Business School from 2011 to 2014, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a specialization in Marketing and Management. Following this, they pursued further education at The University of Manchester from 2014 to 2015, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship.
