Erica Arruda

Erica Arruda has a diverse work experience in the field of communications, with a focus on managing accounts and coordinating teams. Erica worked as a Senior Manager at Weber Shandwick starting in 2023. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2023, they were a Communication Manager at Danthi Comunicações, where they managed teams for various accounts. From 2014 to 2019, they worked as a Brand PR Manager at LLYC, coordinating teams and handling crisis management for clients in different industries. Erica also has experience as an Account Manager at FSB Comunicações from 2008 to 2013, managing luxury hotel chains, advertising agencies, and the Brazilian Association of Assistance to Disabled Children. Earlier in their career, they worked at Criateria, Cinnamon Comunicação, Xpress, LVBA Comunicação, In Press Porter Novelli, and Ketchum Public Relations, where they gained experience in account coordination, media relations, and event support.

Erica Arruda completed their postgraduation in Communication at USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 2004 to 2005. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate degree in Public Relations at Universidade Anhembi Morumbi from 1997 to 2000.
