Katie Skillen has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Katie started their career at Mosaic Experiential Marketing in 2005, where they worked as a Senior Director for CPG, Retail, and Healthcare clients. During their time there, they were also an Account Director and a Senior Account Manager for Western Canada.

In 2013, Katie joined Johnson & Johnson as a Shopper Marketing Manager Lead, where they played a key role in executing the company's shopper marketing strategies. Katie later became a Senior Shopper Marketing Manager, leading a team of 6 and developing strategic marketing plans for retailers and brands across channels and categories.

From 2016 to 2019, Katie worked as a Retail Innovation Lead at Johnson & Johnson, where they positioned the company for the future of healthcare retail through strategic consulting partnerships with retail customers. Katie led various initiatives, including the development of a futuristic "Shopper Lab" at J&J's Consumer Canada head office and the establishment of an academic partnership with Ryerson/Ted Rogers School of Retail Management.

In 2019, Katie joined Conservation Halton as an Associate Director of Marketing & Communications, where they played a crucial role in overseeing marketing and communications activities until December 2020.

Most recently, in 2021, Katie joined Weber Shandwick as the VP of Integrated Project Management, contributing their expertise in managing and coordinating various projects.
