Lottie Waterhouse

Lottie Waterhouse has an extensive work experience that spans over several years. Lottie has worked in various companies and held different roles in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment.

Lottie'smost recent position was as a Senior Project Manager in Talent Acquisition for APAC at Weber Shandwick, starting in June 2023. Prior to this, Lottie worked at Appnovation as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, where they managed talent acquisition in APAC and EMEA, starting in October 2022. Lottie also worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Appnovation from November 2020 to October 2022.

Before their time at Appnovation, Lottie worked as a Recruitment Business Partner at HSBC through Alexander Mann Solutions from November 2019 to July 2020. Prior to that, they served as an Associate Director at Opus Talent Solutions, where they helped build and lead the Digital Marketing team from June 2018 to October 2019.

Lottie's earlier experience includes roles at Nakama Global, where they were a Team Leader for Marketing, Sales, and BD from July 2016 to May 2018, and a Senior Consultant for PR, Communications, and Events from April 2014 to June 2016. Lottie also worked at Ambition as a Consultant in Professional Services, Business Development, and Marketing from May 2013 to April 2014, and in Banking and Financial Services from November 2010 to May 2013.

Lottie'scareer started at Badenoch and Clark, where they worked as a Consultant for Finance and Accounting from October 2009 to November 2010. Throughout their career, Lottie has gained expertise in talent acquisition, recruitment, and business development in a range of industries and locations.
