Pedro Salvado

Pedro Salvado has a diverse range of work experience spanning different roles and responsibilities. Pedro is currently serving as the Head of Product and Technical Sales at Webiny since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Akamai Technologies, where they held multiple positions including Senior Product Manager, Strategic Engagement Manager, Senior Engagement Manager, and Senior Technical Project Manager and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Digital Media. At modu technologies, where they worked as a Co-Founder, Pedro successfully turned the business into a profitable venture within a year. Pedro also designed and sold innovative digital solutions to international brands, exceeding their digital KPIs and increasing revenue. Pedro's expertise in media technology and business process automation was evident during their time at Nativ, where they served as the Head of Account Management and also as a Project Manager. Pedro conceptualized and delivered technical solutions for leading media brands and content producers. Additionally, Pedro worked as the Infrastructure Director at StreamAMG and the Infrastructure Coordinator, Software Developer, Business Analyst, and Project Manager at Sonae Sierra, a prominent international shopping center specialist.

Pedro Salvado completed their high school education at Escola Secundária de Massamá from 1992 to 1997, focusing on science. Pedro then pursued a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Instituto Superior Técnico from 1997 to 2003, specializing in Electrical and Computers Engineering. Additionally, Pedro has obtained several certifications in various fields, including leadership, cloud architecture, enterprise architecture, and AWS solution architecture.
