Jeff Roberts

Jeff Roberts has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Jeff started their career at Cinergy as a Lead Test Analyst in 2001. From there, they moved on to Cincinnati Financial Corporation where they served as the Senior Test Service Manager for over 7 years, leading a team of over 90 resources and overseeing the Quality Assurance division. In 2011, they joined Nielsen and held various leadership positions, including Director of Technology, Client Delivery, where they managed a global team responsible for testing Nielsen's Client Delivery Platforms. In 2016, Jeff joined Allegion US as a Technology Leader, overseeing a global engineering team and responsible for the overall strategy and execution of Allegion's platforms. Jeff then worked at Cratejoy as a Technology Leader before transitioning to Cerity as the Director of Technology. Currently, Jeff is working at WebstaurantStore as the Director of Quality Assurance, where they lead the QA team and ensures the delivery of quality standards.

Jeff Roberts earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems, with a focus on General Information Systems, from Northern Kentucky University between 1993 and 1999. Jeff also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from the same university. In addition, Jeff holds a certification in ITIL Foundations.
