Cheryl Throgmorton

Cheryl Throgmorton, Ed.D., SPHR has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of organization development, leadership development, coaching, and talent management. Cheryl has held various roles in different organizations, including Webster University, where they served as an Adjunct Professor, and Psychological Associates, where they worked as a Vice President of Organization Development. Cheryl also served as an Assistant Vice President of Organization Development and Learning at the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, where they led a team and played a crucial role in talent management and organization redesign. Additionally, they have held leadership positions at Mercy and Bronson Healthcare, where they led teams in the areas of organizational learning, talent development, and inclusion. Cheryl also has experience in teaching as an Adjunct Professor at Western Michigan University and Fontbonne University. Cheryl Throgmorton, Ed.D., SPHR holds a Doctorate in Organization Development and Learning from the University of St. Thomas, which they obtained from 2006 to 2011. Cheryl also has a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Webster University and a Bachelor's degree in Management and Women's Studies from the same institution. Cheryl has obtained several certifications throughout their career, including the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute and certifications in Change Management from Prosci and Implementation Management Associates.
