Bob Brown

Bob Brown has extensive work experience in various roles in finance, investment banking, and corporate development. Bob is currently a Managing Director at Wedbush Securities since November 2022. Prior to that, they served as SVP of Finance at B Capital Group from 2021 to 2022. Bob was also the Chief Financial Officer at ForwardLine Financial from 2019 to 2020 and EVP of Finance & Corporate Development at PeerStreet from 2018 to 2019. Previously, Bob held senior roles at FBR, where they were a Senior Managing Director and Group Head of Investment Banking from 2009 to 2018. Bob also worked at Goldman Sachs as a Senior Vice President in Investment Banking from 2005 to 2008 and at Lehman Brothers as a Vice President in Investment Banking from 2000 to 2005. Prior to that, they worked at DIRECTV as a Manager of Finance & Accounting and at PwC as a CPA and Senior Associate in Business Assurance.

Bob Brown has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Bob also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California. In addition to their degrees, Bob has received a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the California State Board of Accountancy in January 1994. Bob has also obtained certifications such as the Series 24, Series 63, and Series 7 from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
