Timothy J. Canty, CPFA has a wealth of experience in the financial industry. Timothy J. began their career as the Vice President - District Loan Origination Manager at World Savings Bank in 1986, where they led a team and oversaw the recruitment, training, and growth of mortgage originators. In 1998, they founded Emerald Bay Financial, an innovative private real estate lender, and served as the Founder and President. During their time there, they completed purchases of distressed mortgages and notes and oversaw the entire acquisition process.
