Orsolya Kozma-Petke ACMA, CGMA has extensive work experience in finance and controlling roles. In 2011, they started as a Payroll Intern at EF Education First, where they maintained payroll records and prepared salary and wage payrolls. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as an Activity Leader and then as a Residence Manager at EF Education First. In 2013, they joined the University of Warwick as a Finance Assistant, supporting the Management Accountant with financial analyses and preparing reports. Orsolya then became a Senior Finance Assistant, covering the Management Accountant position and handling consolidated reports for multiple cafes and restaurants. In 2015, Orsolya rejoined EF Education First as a Financial Accountant, being responsible for month-end close cycles, inter-company invoicing, reconciling bank accounts, and processing payments. In 2018, they were promoted to Senior Financial Accountant and later became a Financial Controller. In 2019, they joined Credit Suisse as a Financial Controller, Assistant Vice President, and in 2022, they joined wefox as a Senior Business Controller. Orsolya also served as the Head of Insurance Controlling on an interim basis in the same company. Orsolya's work experience demonstrates their proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, controlling, and management accounting.

Orsolya Kozma-Petke ACMA, CGMA has an extensive education history in the field of accounting and business/management. Orsolya obtained a CGMA Chartered Global Management Accountant degree from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, where they studied from 2014 to 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in Intercultural Communication for Business at the University of Warwick from 2012 to 2013. Orsolya also completed a course in Business Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg from 2010 to 2011.

Orsolya'sundergraduate education includes a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Corvinus University of Budapest, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, they earned another Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from the same university from 2008 to 2011.

In terms of additional certifications, Orsolya Kozma-Petke has obtained the Chartered Global Management Accountant designation from CIMA in June 2020. Orsolya also holds the certification of Vállalkozási Mérlegképes Könyvelő (Certified Accountant) from Magyar Könyvvizsgálói Kamara (Chamber of Hungarian Auditors), which they obtained in May 2016.
