Sandy Schonberger

Sandy Schonberger has over 43 years of experience in the real estate industry, representing both tenants and landlords in selling and leasing in the retail and office markets in Northern and Central New Jersey. Sandy started their career in 1993 as a broker-salesperson at Grubb & Ellis and later joined Grubb & Ellis, North Jersey in 1993. In 2000, they established their own brokerage called SCHONBERGER ASSOCIATES, L.L.C. where they served as the President/CEO and owner until 2012. Since 2013, they have been working at Weichert Commercial Brokerage as a Senior Vice President.
