Joshua Novak has over 13 years of work experience in operations management and improvement. Joshua currently serves as the Director of Operations at Weil Foot & Ankle Institute since June 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Advocate Health Care for almost 9 years, holding various roles including Director of Operations for the South Region of Advocate Medical Group, Senior Consultant for Advocate Operating System, and Consultant for Operations Improvement. Joshua also has experience from their role as a Production Manager/Lean Leader at GE Healthcare, where they worked for 4 years.
Joshua Novak attended DePaul University where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Industrial Design. Joshua then went on to enroll at the University of Illinois Chicago to obtain a BA degree in the same field. In addition to their formal education, Joshua also obtained a Shingijutsu Lean Certification from Shingijutsu USA Corporation.
