Karen Ho has an EMBA from Kellogg-HKUST, a BComm from the University of Toronto, and is certified in Business Analytics: Decision Making Using Data from Emeritus, CFA from the CFA Institute (USA), CIA (inactive) from the Institute of Internal Auditors (USA), and CPA from both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
