Ben Narotsky

Associate Director, Technical Product Management at WelbeHealth

Ben Narotsky has a strong background in the healthcare industry, with a focus on analytics and business insights. Ben is currently the Associate Director of Business Insights and Analytics at WelbeHealth, a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to this, Ben worked at Signify Health as a Manager, Network Analytics from October 2020 to October 2022. Prior to this, Ben was a Senior Decision Support Analyst at Highmark Health from August 2017 to November 2018, where they designed episode-based Orthopedic Care Pathways and created KPI dashboards to develop a deeper understanding of Care Pathways and establish benchmarks. Ben also worked as a Stop Loss Actuarial Analyst at HM Insurance Group from June 2015 to August 2017.

Ben's early experience includes working as a Capacity Planning Analyst at Health Plan Operations at Highmark Health from August 2013 to June 2015. In this role, they developed capacity and hiring plans for a large team and implemented lean manufacturing principles to improve call center efficiency.

Ben Narotsky earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business, where they studied from 2016 to 2019. Prior to their MBA, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Statistics from the University of Pittsburgh. Additionally, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from Highmark Inc. in November 2014.
