Miguel Arjona

Miguel Arjona has accumulated a diverse range of work experience throughout their career. Miguel'smost recent position is as the Director of Outreach Center Operations at WellBe Senior Medical, a role they began in April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Manager of Contact Center Systems (IT) at Ideal Image from October 2021 to April 2023. Miguel also held various managerial positions at Matrix Medical Network, including Manager of WFM and Quality Support from January 2019 to October 2021, and Manager of Command Center Operations from October 2012 to January 2019. Before joining Matrix Medical Network, they worked at WellCare as a Supervisor for the Customer Service Support Team from May 2011 to September 2012.
