Staffing

Staffing has been in the workforce for over 20 years and has experience in human resources, recruiting, and account management. Staffing began their career with FurstStaffing in 1998 as an account manager and recruiter. In 2014, they moved to Lowe's Companies, Inc. where they became the human resources manager. There they were responsible for evaluating sales reports to forecast staffing needs, partnering with store management on employee relations, facilitating workers compensation and leave claims, maintaining employee files, and managing the employment process. Staffing also processed payroll for store employees and assisted with scheduling. In 2016, they left Lowe's and began working at Wellbridge as the staffing manager.

Staffing works with Parent Communication - PC, Club Communcation - CC, and League Structure - LS. Staffing reports to Swim Team, ST.
