Georgia Walton

Georgia Walton is an experienced research manager and science portfolio manager with a background in immunobiology. Georgia has worked at Wellcome Trust and University of Birmingham, specializing in investigating immunological mechanisms underlying disease pathology in COPD and Alpha-1 Anti-Trypsin Deficiency. Georgia also served as a research technician and committee member at the British Association for Lung Research. With a PhD in Medical Science from University of Birmingham, Georgia has a strong academic background in the field.
