Helen Groves

Helen Groves is currently a Senior Research Manager at Wellcome Trust, where Helen shapes, funds, advises, and manages projects focusing on the prevention of infectious diseases through vaccines. With a background in microbiology and immunology, Helen has experience as a Senior Research Officer and Project Support Officer in related fields. Helen has also worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and a Vaccines Intern at Wellcome Trust. Additionally, Helen has prior experience as an Industrial Placement Student at GlaxoSmithKline Pharma GmbH, where Helen investigated the immunological and inflammatory connection between obesity and asthma. Helen holds a PhD in Microbiology and Immunology from Imperial College London, along with other degrees in Biomedical Sciences and Biological Science.
