Jennifer Chudy

Jennifer Chudy currently serves as an Associate Professor of Political Science at Wellesley College since September 2017, after previously holding the position of Assistant Professor in the same department. Jennifer's academic background includes a PhD and MA in Political Science from the University of Michigan, with a focus on American Politics and research interests in Political Science Methods, Urban Politics, Race and Ethnicity Politics, and Political Psychology. Jennifer's dissertation, titled "Racial Sympathy in American Politics," reflects this thematic concentration. Prior to academic appointments, Jennifer gained experience as a Lecturer at New York University, a Coordinator for the Mayor's Office of Special Projects in New York City, a Program Assistant at the Clinton Global Initiative, an Urban Fellow in another project with the City of New York, and a Fulbright Grantee in Korea. Jenifer holds an AB in Political Science from Brown University.
