Jeffrey Bolen

Jeffrey Bolen, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Jeffrey began their career at MEDITECH as a Senior Applications Specialist Implementation, where they successfully implemented the Scanning & Archiving product at various hospitals across the U.S. Jeffrey then took on the role of Supervisor Patient Health Portal Implementation at MEDITECH before moving on to Boston Children's Hospital as an IT Analyst in the Meaningful Use Program. After that, Jeffrey joined American Well as a Project Manager and later became a Senior Program Manager and Director of Professional Services, Strategic Solutions. Their most recent position is with Wellframe, where they have held the roles of Director of Client Management, Sr. Director of Customer Operations, and currently serves as the Vice President of Customer Operations. Jeffrey's extensive experience in project management and customer operations makes him a valuable asset in any organization.

Jeffrey Bolen, PMP, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Healthcare Informatics from Southern New Hampshire University (2012-2016) and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biology, General from Worcester State University (2007-2008). Jeffrey has also obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
