Maria Cruz is currently the Director of Customer Experience at Gympass, where Maria manages a team of 30+ employees across 8 countries in Europe. Maria is responsible for defining and implementing department structures and processes to support business needs, as well as overseeing internal communication at an international level. Maria also contributes to company strategy and product development by providing reporting on customer behavior and trends. Prior to Gympass, Maria held positions at StubHub, TWINO, DFC Global Corp., Lycatel, Dexan SC, Agencia Tributaria, and ATC Consultores in various customer service and managerial roles. Maria holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Universidad de Sevilla and a Compliance Master degree from ISDE.
