Garith Penhall

Garith Penhall has worked as a Chef De Partie at JEM Exclusive Catering & Events from March 2014 to October 2015. Garith then worked as a Chef De Partie at The culinary workshop from October 2015 to February 2016. Following this, they worked as a Sous Chef at By Word of Mouth from February 2015 to March 2019. During their time at By Word of Mouth, they also served as a Function Chef, where they successfully managed and catered to large events and learned important skills such as team management and food production. Garith then joined Blair atholl golf estate as a Head Chef from August 2021 to April 2023. Currently, Garith is working as a Head Chef at Kāpura since January 2023.

From 2012 to 2014, Garith Penhall attended Capsicum Culinary Studio, where they obtained a Diploma of Education in Cooking and Related Culinary Arts, General.
