Robert Weltz Cifi

Robert Weltz CIFI, FCLA is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the insurance industry's special investigation units (SIUs). Currently serving as a Senior Special Investigator at Wellington Insurance Group since January 2018, Robert focuses on anti-fraud initiatives through training and vendor management. Previous roles include Regional Manager at Veracity Research Co. Investigations, where management of SIU investigators was key, and SIU Investigator at ACCC Insurance, handling various auto claim fraud cases. Robert also founded Trinity Investigations, developing training programs, and has held management positions at USAgencies Low Cost Auto Insurance, Safeway Insurance Company, and Southern United Fire Insurance Company, where anti-fraud strategies were established and implemented. Early in Robert's career, notable work included positions as SIU Divisional Manager at Reliant Insurance and SIU Investigator at Progressive Insurance, as well as a foundation in law enforcement as a detective with Longview Police Department.
