Jana Villarreal

Jana Villarreal, CPA, currently serves as Vice President of Accounting at WellMed Medical Management since August 2022. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at USMD from July 2012 to August 2022, culminating in the position of VP Finance, where responsibilities encompassed managing the financial close process for 60 physician clinics and overseeing quarterly and annual audits. Previous to USMD, Jana held multiple accounting positions at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from May 2006 to July 2012, including Accounting Supervisor and Financial Statement Supervisor, with a focus on financial close activities, internal controls, and staff management. Jana holds a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Dallas Graduate School of Management, a Master of Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Stephen F. Austin State University.
