Carlos A. Gonzalez

Carlos A. Gonzalez is an accomplished cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in information security leadership across various prestigious organizations. Currently serving as Executive Director of Information Security at Wells Fargo since August 2023, Carlos also holds the position of Chief of Veteran Affairs at ALPFA Dallas. Previously, Carlos led global cybersecurity operations at Trellix, directed cyber threat management at loanDepot, and served as Chief Information Risk Officer at Santander Consumer USA. Additional notable roles include executive positions at Merchant Customer Exchange LLC and Citi, as well as a cybersecurity forensic investigator at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Carlos holds an MBA in Cyber Security from The University of Dallas and has completed executive management programs at Harvard University, Dartmouth, and MIT.
