Shweta Roy

Shweta Roy is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in capital markets and risk operations. Currently serving as Vice President at Wells Fargo since November 2018, Shweta leads cross-functional teams to manage margin calls, monitor collateral requirements, and resolve operational disputes. Shweta has notable expertise in onboarding UMR clients and ensuring compliance with regulations, while also having taken on leadership roles during the COVID-19 pandemic to develop teams and establish effective communication processes. Previous experience includes significant roles at UBS, where Shweta managed secondary trades and facilitated process transitions, and at Credit Agricole CIB as a Supervisor. Shweta holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Lady Shri Ram College and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management Studies, Indore.
