Erin Winn

Erin Winn, PHR, SHRM-SCP, HRPM has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Starting from 2001, Erin worked at Geisinger where they held various roles, including Director of Human Resources Operations and Service Center, Manager of Human Resources Operations, Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Human Resources Manager for Geisinger Health Plan, and Human Resources Business Partner. Erin provided expertise and guidance on employee relations, compensation, benefits, training programs, and strategic HR management plans. Erin also supported multiple departments, including financial services, division of medicine, and division of surgery. In 2022, Erin joined WellSpan Health as the Senior Director of HR HCM Operations, and later moved on to become the Vice President Human Resources.

Erin Winn, PHR, SHRM-SCP, HRPM, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Life Science from Penn State University and a Master of Science degree in Biology Sciences from Bucknell University. In addition to their academic achievements, they have obtained several certifications including the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute, the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM, and the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM. Erin has also earned the Human Resources Project Management (HRPM) certification from the American Academy of Project Management (AAPM).
