Shannon Terrell Gordon

Shannon Terrell Gordon, EdD, LCSW, CFRE, currently serves as Vice President Operations at WellSpan Health. Prior to this role, Shannon was the Chief Executive Officer at River Edge Behavioral Health and River Edge Foundation from January 2009 to August 2022. Shannon also held the position of CEO at Community Health Works from 2001 to 2004. Shannon holds an EdD in Leadership and Professional Practice from Trevecca Nazarene University, as well as multiple degrees in Social Work from The University of Georgia. Shannon has a strong background in leading and managing non-profit healthcare organizations.
