Jack Williamson

Jack Williamson currently serves as Executive Vice Principal at Wellspring Academy Trust, overseeing Safeguarding, Attendance, and Data for Springwell Lincolnshire while operationally managing Springwell Mablethorpe. With a progression from Assistant Principal to Head of School at Springwell Mablethorpe, Jack has demonstrated a commitment to inclusive educational practices and improving outcomes for vulnerable students. Additionally, Jack is involved with The Difference as a Difference Leader and acts as a GCSE PE Examiner for Pearson. As a Co-Opted School Governor at Tetney Primary School, Jack contributes to governance alongside prior experience as Academy Improvement Leader at David Ross Education Trust. Jack holds a Postgraduate Degree in Secondary Education and a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education from Edge Hill University, as well as the National Professional Qualification for Headship obtained from Education Development Trust.
