Alexandra Zelin

Alexandra Zelin, Ph.D., is an accomplished professional in the field of psychology, specializing in organizational effectiveness and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Currently serving as the Manager of Organizational Effectiveness at Wellstar Health System since October 2022, Alexandra leads performance management processes and collaborates with HR Business Partners in a large organizational context. As an independent consultant with Alexandra I Zelin, LLC since June 2023, Alexandra focuses on DEI initiatives, conducting adverse impact analyses for organizations in New York. With prior roles including Associate Professor at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where Alexandra trained graduate students and chaired DEI committees, and extensive teaching experience at the University of Akron, Alexandra has developed a solid foundation in both academia and practical consulting.
