Samir Yaaqobi

Samir Yaaqobi has extensive experience in youth coordination and social work, currently serving as Jeugdcoördinator at Welzijn Capelle since January 2018. Previously, Samir worked as a Jongerencoach at sos-jeugdjongerenwerk from June 2017 to March 2019 and held the role of project leader for various youth initiatives in the Middelland area. Samir has also served as a Sociaal worker for the city, focusing on youth aged 7 to 27, and as a jongerencoach for pit010, where engagement with at-risk youth was emphasized. Samir's early career includes roles as a veldwerker and district coach with responsibilities for youth engagement and training within regional sports programs. Samir’s educational background includes a degree from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and studies at Albeda College.
