Margaux M.

Margaux M. has a diverse work experience across various organizations. In 2015, they served as the Co-responsible for the Humanitarian Division at ILERI Defense, an association covering security and defense. Margaux also held the positions of Treasurer and Project Manager for Humanitarian Initiatives at ILERI Exchange, an humanitarian student association.

In 2016, they interned as an Assistant in Communication and Programming at the Association Française des Fundraisers.

From 2017 to 2019, Margaux worked as an Administrative Assistant at the Saint-Benoît Labre Association, where they were involved in the welcoming of asylum seekers and the evaluation of minor immigrants' situation.

From 2018 to 2018, they joined the Eclaireuses et Eclaireurs Unionistes de France as a Volunteer in Interculturality and Scouting for All. Margaux'sresponsibilities included communication, training, and collaboration with refugee support organizations.

From 2020 to 2022, Margaux worked as a Solidarity and Philanthropy Project Manager at Earthtalent by Bolloré. Margaux'stasks included analyzing and monitoring supported projects, developing employee engagement programs, and managing relationships with partner associations.

Currently, they hold the position of Customer Success Manager at Wenabi, where they focus on developing solutions to support associations and engage employees globally.

Margaux M. completed their Bachelor's degree in Relations et affaires internationales at ILERI from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned their Baccalauréat in Sciences économiques et sociales from Lycée Alcide d'Orbigny (44) between 2011 and 2014. Margaux then pursued a Master's degree in Actions Internationales et Solidarités at Institut catholique de Paris from 2017 to 2018. Margaux'seducation history also includes completing a Master en Science Politique Spécialité Politique Transnationale at Université Paris 8 from 2018 to 2020.
