Torsten Rademacher's work experience includes positions at various companies in the paper production industry. Torsten started as a Controller at WEPA Papierfabrik P. Krengel GmbH & Co. KG in 2001 before becoming the Personnel Manager and Commercial Coordinator at WEPA Papierfabrik Sachsen GmbH in 2002. From 2010 to 2012, they served as the Head of Regional Controlling for North East Europe at Wepa Produktion GmbH & Co. KG. Torsten then moved on to a role in Personnel Controlling at WEPA Produktion GmbH & Co. KG from 2012 to 2014. From 2015 to 2020, they worked as the Head of Operational Controlling Group at WEPA Produktion GmbH & Co. KG. Currently, they are the Head of HR Germany at WEPA since 2020.
