Anushree Dasgupta

Anushree Dasgupta has a diverse work experience ranging from talent sourcing and recruitment to research and teaching assistantship. Their most recent role is as a Technical Sourcing Recruiter at WePay, where they are responsible for recruiting senior and staff software engineers for WePay and JP Morgan Chase's Digital Payments Team. Prior to this, they worked at Rivian as a Technical Sourcer, sourcing and pre-closing multiple engineering roles in the Manufacturing Engineering department. Anushree also advised hiring managers on hiring strategies.

Before Rivian, Anushree worked at Amazon as both a Talent Sourcer and a Technical Sourcing Recruiter. In these roles, they hired for engineering positions in Amazon Worldwide Operations, identified and sourced candidates, conducted recruiter phone screens, and pre-closed candidates prior to offer. Anushree also created training resources for sourcers and provided sourcing tips.

Anushree's earlier experience includes working as an Associate HR Executive at iLink Systems, where they were involved in IT and technical recruitment for business development, HR, and non-technical roles. Anushree also worked as a Teaching Assistant at Columbia University and as a Recruiter-Trainee at iLink Systems.

Additionally, Anushree has interned at Live Oaks Adult Day Services, where they interacted with seniors, managed programs, and created weekly reports. Anushree also interned at GreenField Software Private Limited. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Research Assistant for Santa Clara University's Ethnic Studies Department and interned at JumpStart Media.

Anushree Dasgupta completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, Sociology, and Ethnic Studies at Santa Clara University from 2006 to 2010. Anushree further pursued their education and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Sociology from Columbia University in 2011 and 2012. Additionally, Anushree acquired a "Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate" from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021.
