Ryan Newcomb

Ryan Newcomb is a City President/Regional Counsel at WesBanco since August 2018. Prior to that, Ryan worked as a SVP/General Counsel/Chief Compliance Officer at Farmers Capital Bank Corporation/United Bank & Capital Trust Company from September 2015 to August 2018. With a background in law, Ryan served as a Partner at Johnson Newcomb, LLP, and as an Attorney at Johnson, True & Guarnieri. Ryan also worked as the Chief Law Clerk for Chief Justice Joseph Lambert at the Kentucky Supreme Court. Ryan obtained their law degree from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law in 2005.
