Amanda Stephenson Fallaw

Amanda Stephenson Fallaw, SHRM-CP has a diverse and extensive work experience. Amanda Stephenson is currently the Past President and a Workforce Readiness Advocate at the Piedmont Area Human Resource Association. Previously, Amanda served as the Chapter President of the same organization. In addition, they hold the position of Certification Director at the South Carolina SHRM State Council.

Amanda's earlier experience includes roles at Wesley Commons Retirement Community, where they served as the Director of Human Resources. Prior to this, they were the Interim Human Resources Director and Human Resources Manager at the same organization.

Amanda Stephenson also has experience as a Human Resources Officer at CapitalBank, where they worked for nine years.

Amanda Stephenson Fallaw, SHRM-CP, has a diverse education history. Amanda Stephenson obtained their Master of Science (MS) degree in Management from Lander University in 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Organizational Management at Charleston Southern University between 2012 and 2016. Furthermore, Amanda earned an Associate's degree in Business, Office Systems Technology from Piedmont Technical College between 1991 and 1994. In addition to their educational accomplishments, Amanda Fallaw has also acquired the certification of SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in July 2015.
