Vicki Shaw

Vicki Shaw has a diverse work experience spanning various HR roles in different companies. Vicki most recently worked at Wessex Water as the Head of People (Retail & Commercial). Prior to that, they held positions as a People Manager and a Human Resources Business Partner at the same company. Before joining Wessex Water, Vicki worked as an HR Business Partner at Pelican Business Services UK from 2017 to 2020. Vicki also worked at Advanced as an HR Business Partner from 2010 to 2017, and at Amdocs as an HR Consultant from 2005 to 2010. Vicki started their career at Sovereign Housing Group as an HR Administrator in 2004.

Vicki Shaw completed their Law degree from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd, spanning from 1999 to 2002. Later, from 2005 to 2008, they obtained a CIPD Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of the West of England.
