Sydney Monday

Sydney Monday is an experienced professional in the environmental and ecological fields, currently serving as an Associate/Wetland Biologist at Western EcoSystems Technology (WEST) since June 2023. Prior experience includes a Support Services Coordinator role at US Ecology Inc., where responsibilities centered on understanding regulations and providing support for territory managers. Sydney also held an Administrative Assistant position, gaining foundational knowledge in the hazardous waste industry. Previous roles included serving as an Ecological Restoration Technician at PlantWise, LLC, engaging in restoration projects for various habitats, and as a Wetland Restoration Intern at Little River Wetlands Project, focusing on invasive plant control. Sydney began an academic journey at Ball State University, culminating in a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources/Environmental Management in 2022, which included experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant in solar cell research.
